After cooking your fish on both sides, simply insert the blade of your Grill-Per’fect into the fish – whole or filet, being careful not to push the tip of the blade into the open flames of a barbecue. Wait 3 - 5 seconds and remove. Quickly observe the sensor – the appropriate colors will reveal to indicate whether your fish is fully-cooked and ready to eat. After a few seconds, the color will revert to black so that you may re-use the sensor – to again check the readiness of this fish or any other fish being cooked.
